Within Lululemon, the jokes on me.
Before I saw the financials, I used to make fun of this company calling it the “overpriced yoga pants company.”
Well, I heard this stock mentioned on a podcast as a “buy”. I use Tykr as the voice of truth so I said let’s see if Lululemon truly is a BUY or SELL. I figured it would be some OVERPRICED retail store with significant debts.
I was wrong. In fact, I was shocked.
5 years $0 debt. ROIC of 5/6. The Equity, EPS, and Sales growth rates are all 3/3. Very impressive.
They also have a strong philanthropic mission of helping start yoga studios within inner cities. One of their missions is to introduce yoga to people and locations that can’t usually afford it.
With a strong ecommerce footprint combined with extremely efficient operations, this stock is one of the strongest retail clothing companies at the moment.
