Tip 16 – How long should you buy and hold stocks?

You may be wondering how long you should buy and hold stocks?

Another famous quote from Warren Buffett.

“If you aren’t willing to own a stock for 10 years, don’t even think about owning it for 10 minutes.”

You should be prepared to buy stocks and then keep buying more of those stocks for months and years. If you own a great business with great financials and a track record of beating the market, why would you want to sell it?

As mentioned in an earlier article, investing is all about “time in the market”. If a stock is making you money and the Summary, Score, MOS, 4M, and The 7 are all looking good, then it’s wise to keep buying, not selling.
