Broker Connections are available for all customers. Here are how many broker connections you can make based on what plan you join in Tykr.
- Premium: 1 broker
- Premium Plus: 3 brokers
- Advanced: 5 brokers
Benefits of the Broker Connections:
- Speed – Your Tykr portfolio tracker is refreshed daily.
- Ratings – See the ratings of your portfolio so you know what stocks to consider selling (if they are holding you back).
- Projections – See hypothetical projections of where your portfolio could be in the next 5, 10, or 15 years.
- Buy and Sell – Buy and sell stocks inside Tykr, eliminating the need to visit your broker. This feature is coming soon.
Important notes:
- These broker connections are facilitated by third-party partners, including Connect Trade and SnapTrade.
- If your broker is not listed, you may reach out to Connect Trade and SnapTrade directly to inquire about adding your broker in the future. Keep in mind that most brokers worldwide do not have API capabilities, which means they do not allow broker connections.
- Not all brokers allow buy and sell capabilities through broker connections (see the chart below). This limitation is due to restrictions with select brokers, not Connect Trade and SnapTrade.
Broker Limitations:
Some brokers can’t pull all historical transactions. Below is a list of brokers with limitations on how far back we can pull transactions. Rest assured, all transactions are synced from that time period moving forward. You can update the prior transactions with Manual Entry or CSV Upload.
- Interactive Brokers – Last 14 days of transaction data
- Chase – Last 2 years of transaction data
- E*TRADE – Last 2 years of transaction data
- Fidelity – Last 2 years of transaction data
- Schwab – Last 4 years of transaction data
- Wealthsimple – We can pull data after April of 2023
- Webull – Last 2 years of transaction data
