Is Fidelity National Financial a good buy?

Fidelity National Financial was founded in 1847 and is headquartered in Jacksonville, FL.   Their services include title insurance, escrow services, trustee sales guarantees, home warranty products, and technology and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries.

When you take a closer look at FNF within Tykr, you can see it was a ROIC of 6/6 which shows they are doing an excellent job of allocating capital to profitable investments. The higher the score, the more effective a company is using its capital to generate returns.  This is a great sign for investors.

I also did a little digging into their financials.  In Q2 of this year their quarterly revenues increased by 50%.  This shows how many people are buying or refinancing homes.

The overall score of 15/20 shows the financials are looking good but there is a small caveat.  The sticker price is just at the 50% cutoff.  Remember, a stock is ON SALE if the MOS is 50% or greater and the score equal to or greater than 10/20.  In other words, it would be nice to see a larger MOS.

Although this stock is ON SALE, maybe put this stock on your watchlist.
